Privacy notice

WithYou in Wigan & Leigh is responsible for the personal information you give through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact, booking, order or sign-up forms — usually your name, phone number, email address and the details of your request.

Why

To reply to you and to provide what you asked for (for example a booking, an order or a quote), and to keep proper business records. If you sign up for reminders, to send them — you can stop them at any time with the link in each one.

Who else sees it

This website is built and hosted for us by Need a Site, which stores the information securely and sends it to us by email, only on our behalf. Spam protection on the forms is provided by Cloudflare. We don't sell your information or use it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to deal with your request and to keep the records the law requires, then it is deleted.

Cookies

This website only uses the cookies it needs to work (for example to keep a booking form filled in while you use it). It doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it — use the contact details above. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
